Warnemünde (POLO+10 – 21.06.2017) – Warnemünde is delighted to welcoming six polo teams fom eight nations. The international polo community will meet from Friday on at the beach of the Baltic Sea for the 3th „FERRARI Berlin Beach Polo Masters Warnemünde“.
Tournament Director Uwe Zimmermann: „This year two teams are playing as pure ‚family-teams’, This shows again how much polo is a real family sport. We are looking very much forward to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in Warnemünde.“
Three days of elegant and adrenalin-fuelled sport, summery beach atmosphere and an international fan crowd watching the games. Matthias Ludwig, President of Polo Riviera Germany: „The access to the public area is free. Nowhere else in the sport of polo the spectators can get that close to players and horses as in beach polo. Therefore it is our aim to give a broad audience here in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern an understanding of this wonderful sport.“
