The FIP European Polo Championship kicked off on Thursday at Villa A Sesta Polo Club, in Tuscany, Italy. The tournament sees a total of 10 teams up to 8 goals in participation. Besides the men category, there also be a Ladies competition that will kick off on September 25th with 4 teams.

The opening matchday featured a total of 4 matches:

Switzerland 4.5-13 Germany

Score Alemania: 2-1.5, 6-2.5, 10-3.5, 13-4.5.

France 5-1.5 Slovakia

Score Francia: 0-0.5, 2-1.5, 3-1.5, 5-1.5.
